I have worked in the UK broadcast media for over two decades, starting as assistant editor on RTS award winner Shakespeare on an Estate ( Dir. Penny Woolcock ) I developed a love for stories that have important social impact and explore human potential. I started editing in 1998, with NFTS Jerwood award winner April Diary ( Dir. Rodrigo Vasquez ) about the disappeared in Argentina’s ‘dirty war.’ Since then I have worked with award winning directors on a broad range of documentary genres, including:

Arts: Virago - Changing The World One Page at a Time / Evil Gal Blues / All the Russias / How the Snowman Came Back to Life

History: The History of Singapore / Days That Shook The World / Simon Schama’s Shakespeare

Observational: 24 Hours in Police Custody /The Big School Lottery / White Boy, Black Nanny

Other passions besides editing include filming and photography, and I have recently been producing my own web and charity films...
